By accessing or using the Pivot57 platform (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”).

If you do not agree, you should not access or use the Platform.

If a separate written agreement, including a subscription agreement or master services agreement, governs your access, that agreement controls in the event of any conflict.

These Terms apply in all other cases.

Access is restricted to authorized users. Available features depend on your subscription tier.

You agree to:

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
• Not access restricted areas or data without authorization
• Not interfere with the operation or security of the Platform

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for misuse or breach.

The Platform is provided for internal analysis, advisory, and decision support by institutional and professional users.

You may:

• Use outputs for internal purposes
• Share insights within your organization

You may not:

• Redistribute data or outputs externally without permission
• Reverse engineer or replicate underlying models or data structures
• Use the Platform or its outputs to build competing products

All content, data structures, models, frameworks, and outputs are the property of Pivot57 or its licensors.

No rights are granted beyond permitted use.

The Platform is an analytical tool. It does not provide investment advice, recommendations, or solicitations to buy or sell securities or other financial instruments.

All decisions, including investment, advisory, and policy decisions, remain the responsibility of the user.

We seek to maintain accurate and current information. However:

• Data may contain errors or omissions
• Information may change without notice
• The Platform may be unavailable from time to time

No representation is made that the Platform is complete or error-free.

The Platform incorporates third-party data. We do not control and are not responsible for:

• Accuracy or completeness of source data
• Changes to source methodologies
• Delays or revisions in underlying data

Third-party data remains subject to the terms of the originating source.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pivot57 and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity
• Decisions made based on Platform outputs
• Interruptions or delays in access

In no event shall Pivot57’s total liability exceed the greater of (i) the fees paid by the user for access to the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (ii) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

Use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy.

You represent that your use complies with applicable laws, including export controls and economic sanctions.

You further represent that you are not a restricted or sanctioned party.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time.

You may discontinue use at any time.

Sections relating to intellectual property, liability, and governing law survive termination.

These Terms may be updated periodically.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the current version.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, USA, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
